Nicki Villella, Co-Educator

Hi my name is Nicki. I’m a dedicated and passionate educator with a Diploma in Early Childhood and a Certificate III in Education Support. With over a decade of experience in kindergarten inclusion support and as a co-educator within the Whittlesea community.
My educational philosophy centers on the belief that all children deserve a safe and inclusive environment where they can play, learn, and think creatively. My approach fosters a love of learning and encourages children to explore their potential in meaningful and engaging ways. I enjoy being part of the children’s day at kindergarten, seeing their smiling faces and watching them grow.
In my spare time I enjoy keeping fit and staying active. I also enjoy crafting and cooking. I have 4 adult children who still keep me on my toes. My family and I enjoy spending quality time together going to restaurants and the movies and walking Zoe, our border collie.
